Be sure to include your RMA number on the package or it may be rejected. Do not ship returns via UPS, FedEx or DHL.
We can only accept parcels shipped via USPS or through your country's internal courier service.
If USPS is unavailable in your area, please contact us so we may find an alternate solution.

Refunds
When we receive the product, we will refund the full value of the purchase minus original shipping cost. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Item Condition
All of our replacement keys are specially marked for originality and to prevent fraud. Damaged, partial, broken or substitute items will be rejected.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for any return postage and we cannot be held liable for additional costs that shipping may incur. Most single items can be returned in stamped envelopes!

Restocking Fee
Returns of 10 or more items will be subject to a non-refundable 15% restocking fee.
