Returns Policy

Our customers are the key to our success and we wish to make sure each and every one receives their products exactly as ordered. If you feel there has been an error with your order (incorrect key cap, hinge style, color, etc), please contact us as soon as possible and we will be glad to help you! Be sure to include your order number with your inquiry, as well as any additional details or images.

Please fill out and print our refund/exchange form below and include with your return. Failure to follow the directions will result in severe delays or rejection of your return or exchange!

Please return all items within 30 days of the purchase date. Be sure to include your RMA number on the package or it will be rejected. DO NOT ship return items via UPS, FedEx or DHL. We can only accept parcels shipped via USPS or through your country’s postal service. If USPS is not available in your area, please contact us and we can offer an alternate shipping solution for you.

When we receive the product, we will refund the full value of the purchase minus original shipping cost. Refunds generally take 1-2 weeks to be processed. All of our replacement keys are specially marked for originality and to prevent fraud. Do not send back damaged, partial, broken or substitute items, as this will cause your return to be rejected. Please note that you are responsible for any return postage and we cannot be held liable for additional costs that shipping may incur. Most single items can be returned in stamped envelopes!

All returns of 10 or more items will be subject to a non-refundable 15% restocking fee.

Payments made via PayPal – Refunds are provided immediately upon processing of your return and will be accompanied by an email confirmation with details.

Payments made via Credit Card – Refunds are applied after processing and can take up to 30 working days to show up on your billing statement. Email confirmation of the refund is provided by select services only.

Exchanges

If you have made an error with your purchase (incorrect hinge style, color, etc), you can easily return the undamaged product(s) within 60 days to exchange for the correct item. Please contact us if you need help finding the right parts!

Exchanges are available only for products of the same or lesser value. If your exchange item(s) are unavailable, we will refund you for the returned product(s). Any exchanges that are illegible, missing information or are for items that are of higher value will be refunded (minus original shipping cost and/or additional fees) upon return. Limit one (1) return/exchange per order. Please allow 7-10 business days processing time for your exchange (not including transit time for the new shipment).
