Returns Policy

Our customers are the key to our success and we wish to make sure each and every one receives their products exactly as ordered. If you feel there has been an error with your order (incorrect key cap, hinge style, color, etc), please contact us as soon as possible to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request. Be sure to include your order number with your inquiry, as well as any additional details or images.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date or they will not be eligible for credit.

When we receive the product, we will refund the full value of the purchase, minus original shipping cost. Please note that you are responsible for any return postage and we cannot be held liable for additional costs that shipping may incur.

All returns of 10 or more items will be subject to a non-refundable 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you have made an error with your purchase (incorrect hinge style, color, etc), you can easily return the product within 30 days to exchange for the correct item. Please contact us if you need to request an exchange.
