If you no longer need your products for any reason, please use the form below to submit your order cancellation request. If your items have not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund your purchase for you. Your billing email must match your order number or the cancellation will not be accepted! Please open a support ticket if you need technical assistance or have any other questions regarding purchases.
Please note: If your order has already been shipped, we can not cancel it! You can only use this form to cancel orders that have not yet left our facility.
If you’ve paid via PayPal: You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal with details once the order is canceled and refunded. This can take 24-48 hours.
If you’ve paid by credit card: No confirmation email will be sent once the order is canceled and refunded, but you can check the status on our Order Tracking page. Credits are issued within 30 days and will show up on your next billing statement.
Hinge Type Help
Not sure of which ‘hinge type’ you need for your model? We can help! Our techs can identify exactly what you need with over 99.5% accuracy! We’ll also guide you to the correct product page specific to your needs. Please open a support ticket with us and our service team will help you as soon as possible!
We cannot identify your hinge type by model number alone! Please be certain to submit an image of your area with missing key(s) for accurate assistance!

There are a few steps on each and every product page you must follow in order to assure you select the correct parts for your laptop. If you are having any issues or need help with part identification, just open a support ticket and our professional staff will assist you!

Item Not Received
Didn’t receive your items yet? Please check the suggestions below for information on why you may not have received your package!
Please note: Occasionally, packages are not delivered in the expected timeframe and are unable to be located by the tracking information (if available). It may take additional time for delivery. If the tracking doesn’t update within 3 weeks, the package is considered missing at that point.
Key Doesn't Fit
Having trouble installing your replacement kit? In most cases, this is due to purchasing the incorrect hinge type for your model. Note, you must follow the instructions on each product page very carefully to avoid selecting the incorrect product.
By watching our installation videos, you will notice the correct hinge and key cap can easily be pressed into place in seconds! If your product requires excessive force or can not be installed at all, you more than likely have chosen the incorrect hinge type. As mentioned, we do suggest contacting our support team if you have any uncertainties before buying! Should you need any help with finding the right product for your model, just contact us and we’ll be more than happy to help!
If you are submitting a support ticket requiring assistance with your hinge type, please have an image ready of your area with missing key. This will allow our techs to accurately identify the exact product you need!
No Response to Email
Have you sent us multiple emails without a response? Don’t worry, we’re not avoiding you!
We use many automated processes to send order confirmations, installation instructions, shipment confirmation and information requests! Many of our systems use email inboxes that are not monitored. Should you reply to any of these, you will immediately receive a reply directing you to our support system which allows us to quickly and easily address your concerns. If you have responded to one of our automated mailers, you will not receive a reply (at least not from an actual person)!
If you are emailing a team member directly, we do ask to kindly be patient with a response, as we do receive hundreds of individual inquiries each and every day. Our support team will respond to emails and support tickets in the order they are received and can generally respond within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends).
Be sure to check your junk email folders! Many customers report eventually finding responses from us that had inadvertently ended up in their spam or junk mail filter.
We’re also currently aware of a few email providers that are blocking us. These include any email addresses that end in ‘@gmx.net’, ‘@gmx.de’ or ‘@web.de’. If you are emailing us from any of these domains, we cannot respond to you!
We suggest using our support ticketing system for any correspondence. Our customer service answers all inquiries Monday through Friday, 12pm to 6pm EST! You can access support with the button below.
Model not Listed
Looking for your laptop model and can’t find it? If you’re trying a search, you can shorten your laptop model to get more results! For example, if you’re looking for a “HP Pavilion 15-p151nr”, you can always try searching for “HP Pavilion 15-p” or even “15-p” to load more general results!
You can also browse our laptop models by selecting your brand on our Browse Keys page and any sub models to narrow down your search.
Still can’t find your model? We may not have replacement keys yet available or listed on our website. You can always open a support ticket with us and ask our techs! In many cases, we can find compatible alternatives for you from various other models that will fit just like the original!
Out of Stock Items
Over 3,000,000 keys across 30,000 models and we don’t have yours available? No problem! If an item is out of stock, simply sign up on the product page to be notified when we have them on hand again! We receive our inventory from e-waste recyclers, liquidators and direct from the manufacturer at their discretion, so we can’t give an exact time when they’ll be back. Rest assured, we’ll get it for you!
If we don’t even have your model listed, feel free to request replacement keys become available in the future! We’re always adding new models and would love to add yours!
