Be sure to include your RMA number on the package or it will be rejected. DO NOT ship return items via UPS, FedEx or DHL. We can only accept parcels shipped via USPS or through your country’s postal service. If USPS is not available in your area, please contact us and we can offer an alternate shipping solution for you.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

When we receive the product, we will refund the full value of the purchase minus original shipping cost. Refunds generally take 1-2 weeks<\/strong> to be processed. All of our replacement keys are specially marked for originality and to prevent fraud. Do not send back damaged, partial, broken or substitute items, as this will cause your return to be rejected. Please note that you are responsible for any return postage and we cannot be held liable for additional costs that shipping may incur. Most single items can be returned in stamped envelopes!<\/p>\n

All returns of 10 or more items will be subject to a non-refundable 15% restocking fee.<\/p>\n

Payments made via PayPal – <\/strong>Refunds are provided immediately upon processing of your return and will be accompanied by an email confirmation with details.<\/p>\n

Payments made via Credit Card – <\/strong>Refunds are applied after processing and can take up to 30 working days to show up on your billing statement.
